The information below is given as an example, for a frequency of two visits per week. The frequency, and therefore the package, is adjusted with you according to your villa's actual needs.

Private owners of an individual villa (outside co-ownership), whether year-round residents or not, in the Golfe de Saint-Tropez.
The piloting role of a syndic, transposed to the individual home: a trusted third party who coordinates, never standing in for the owner.
Regular check-up visits of the property and coordination of upkeep services (housekeeping, gardening, repairs, tradespeople).
A monthly package for the check-up visits, based on the villa's surface area, and a percentage on coordinated services.
